Let’s face it; the way we purchase products and services has changed. As a customer we are more than happy to research a product before making a decision, we want to make sure the product in not only correct, but will do exactly what we need it to do. We all research competitors and make sure that it comes at the best price. Finally we will also consider who we purchase it from, what kind of support we can have available. Think about it, as customers we have never had so much information at our finger tips – therefore the power is now with the consumer. So it’s up to us as businesses to make sure that any potential customers are fully informed and can make their purchasing decisions confidently.
